We are seeking experienced professional to join our Intake team as a Staffing Coordinator.

Effectively document patient demographics, pertinent medical history and insurance information in the patient Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Upload new patient referrals and worksheet into EMR.
Track pending and accepted patient referrals Verify and analyze Medicare Eligibility and other payers Obtain required documentation from referral sources prior to patient admission Contact field personnel such as nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists and home health aides and schedule appropriately skilled persons to staff the case.
Greet all visitors entering the office Desired Skills and Traits:
Excellent organizational skills, good judgment, and excellent communication skills Ability to prioritize and focus within a fast-paced work environment Self starter who takes initiative EMR Experience Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages including Word and Excel Strong telephone etiquette Must have exemplary accuracy and attention to detail Ability to set priorities Outgoing and a positive outlook Highest integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to thrive in a team environment Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling job requirements, able to accept constructive feedback and use it in a positive manner Excellent attendance/reliability
