A background check is required We will be moving to a new shop in Spring Grove, in May, and are looking for individuals who will be making the transition with us Receive and process parts orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Gather, bin and assign all parts for trailer builds Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, including conducting regular stock checks and reordering as necessary Collaborate with suppliers to source and procure parts, negotiating pricing and terms Utilize order management systems to track orders, update inventory, and generate reports Provide general assistance around the shop, including administrative and technical tasks Move products, supplies and inventory to support production.
Stock raw materials in appropriate quantities Clean and maintain equipment as directed Provide support to shop managers, technicians and C Level executives
Qualifications:
Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workers Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety Positive, willingness to learn and participate in a changing environment to reach a common goal Ability to problem solve and present new ideas or solutions Previous experience in a parts specialist or related role preferred Proficiency in using order management systems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Note:
