We are looking for talented professionals that will help students in grades K-12 achieve self-confidence, motivation, and academic success.
Our programs support students with closing the COVID gap, re-engaging in their education, reaching their goal test scores, and moving to the front of the class academically.
After a paid training period to learn our methods, you will spend your time teaching and making a difference in children's lives.
We provide the curriculum and develop individualized programs for each student.
If you are interested in spending your time working directly with students, we'll give you the opportunity to do what you love to do - teach! The Opportunity:
Work with students in a 1 to 1 setting, or a small group up to 4.
Focus on classroom skill development, homework help, subject tutoring, and ACT/SAT test prep.
There are no lesson plans to write or homework assignments to grade! Flexible, part-time hours - weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays.
Paid training and professional development opportunities.
Hours:
Seeking tutors through May/early June on weekdays 4-8pm, Saturdays 9am-3pm; summer hours 8am-6pm Minimum commitment of 6 hours per week, with more hours available! Requirements Include:
4-year bachelor's degree required.
Expertise in Reading, Writing, English, and/or Literature.
Certification/license as well as ACT/SAT experience a plus.
